High School Football Report Podcast episode PennLive’s Brian Linder and Nebiy Esayas did with members from the Minority Coaches Association ahead of Friday’s meeting below:Ideally, the coaches said, the group can work to up minority membership and ensure that those coaches check the boxes currently required for consideration to lead the way in the Big 33 game. That — upping minority membership in the PSFCA — will also increase the player pool for the Big 33 selection.

Headen, Erby, Coatesville’s Matt Ortega and Brashear’s Andrew Moore helped lead Friday morning’s meeting. They all said they know that it’s going to take some time and hard work to get more members on board with the PSFCA. It’s not a process they expect to happen overnight.
