Due to the inclement weather forecast on Friday, the Bills are planning to depart for Chicago on Thursday evening.The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for Chicago, which will be in effect from noon Thursday to Saturday morning. The NWS warned of"occasional white out conditions" due to two-to-five inches of snow, and wind gusts as high as 50 mph. The wind chill is expected to be 25 to 35 degrees below zero.
