For the first time in South Africa, the eighth edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup is scheduled to take place from the 10 of February 2023. It’s the pinnacle of female sporting in South Africa that unites the world’s greatest players – as a nation, we wait a lifetime for moments like this.
It is time for South Africans to once again show the world that there is no World Cup like an African World Cup. It is time for South Africa to #TurnItUp for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. The event will welcome 10 nations including tournament hosts – South Africa, defending champions – Australia as well as England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, West Indies, Bangladesh and Ireland. Cape Town, Paarl and Gqeberha will host the matches in the tournament with the knockout matches set to be played in Cape Town.#TurnItUp Ts&Cs apply. Competition will run online only.
