Kate Middleton is a close friend of one Wimbledon legend
Kate Middleton is known for her competitive side and love of all things sports and often appears to show her support at many big sporting events throughout the year.
The royal is also a frequent visitor to Wimbledon every year and is often seen cheering and clapping during the various matches from the highly famed royal box, though there is one tennis legend who is a very close friend of hers. During the same year, photographs emerged of Kate congratulating the tennis legend on his success at Wimbledon during a reception while Prince William watched on.
Back in 2017, after his success at Wimbledon, Kate stunned royal fans when she was pictured giving the player three kisses in congratulations of his historic win before Roger shook hands with Prince William.
