Trainer Willie Mullins claimed his 100th Cheltenham Festival victory as his son Patrick won the Champion Bumper on Jasmin De Vaux. Mullins is the first person to achieve this feat and expressed his delight at the accomplishment.
He had previously been denied the landmark win in the Queen Mother Champion Chase. Mullins is now the leading trainer in Festival victories, with Nicky Henderson as his closest competitor. This is his 11th time being the week's leading trainer in the last 14 years.
