JOHANNESBURG – Drawing the attention of potential voters is costing political parties a pretty penny. The DA has printed 1.5-million posters at a cost of between R20 and R30 each which is a total cost of over R30-million. The African Independent Congress, which has a much smaller budget, has spent R200, 000 on 8,000 posters.The ANC and EFF refused to comment on their campaigning costs or strategies.So what's behind it and will it resonate with you?
