Voices | Will Eswatini talks foster democracy, asks Cebelihle Mbuyisa
President Cyril Ramaphosa, as chairperson of the Southern African Development Community Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation, issued a statement on October 23, appealing for calm because “King Mswati III has accepted the need for [a] national dialogue”.
