All of the networks stressed there was no indication the studios had been exposed to coronavirus and that the cancelations were being done out of an abundance of caution. “There have not been any specific developments at The Ed Sullivan Theater to cause concern for audiences with plans to attend the show tonight, tomorrow, or who have attended in recent weeks,” a representative for CBS said in a statement.
Thus far, only the talk shows broadcast in New York have made the decision to move forward without a live crowd. It's unclear at the moment if and when ABC's
