Five nights of big music gigs will take place at Wigan's 11,500-capacity Robin Park Arena this week
Wigan is set to host an epic series of gigs from legendary bands, Manchester icons and chart-topping singers this week.
Each of the shows were met with huge demand when they were first announced, but there are still a small number of tickets available to some of the gigs. To help those looking to get a last-minute spot, or those who already have tickets, we’ve rounded up everything you need to know, who’s performing when and who’s supporting each night.
Gig promoters SJM said doors for the show will open at 5.30pm, with a curfew in place for 10.30pm. They have not yet provided us with set times for each of the support or main acts. The four piece - made up of Alex Moore, Scott Concepcion, Ryan Durrans, and Matty Murphy, first broke out onto the scene with their debut album How Beautiful Life Can Be, which reached number one when it was released in September 2021. Their second album, From Nothing to a Little Bit More, had equal chart-topping success last year.
Speaking to the M.E.N earlier this year, the singer said of the shows: “These gigs can be more than just gigs for Wigan. It's been 20 years waiting for a venue that can put this on." The last remaining tickets can be bought here.
