East West Partners is going through Denver planning and permitting to redevelop a nearly 13-acre property at East 1st Avenue and University Boulevard that's currently home to steakhouse Elway’s, a running store and a large parking lot.
“Usually when you have a development project, you’re building lot line to lot line,” said Amy Cara, managing partner at East West Partners in Denver. “... But we’ve really left a lot of breathing room. And that’s one of the luxuries of having a larger canvas to work from is that we can think about things differently.”
