Peel police from the services’ Specialized Enforcement Bureau – Strategic Tactical Enforcement Policing team were patrolling in Mississauga September 17 when they say they spotted two people in a car allegedly smoking pot near Hurontario Street and Derry Road East.Both people, the man and woman, were arrested.
Darryl Graham, 36, of Whitby is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a loaded or restricted firearm, knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm contrary to order and have care or control of vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available.
Nicole MacNeil, 34, of Toronto is charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a loaded or restricted firearm, knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle.Anyone with information about the incident can call police at 905-453-2121 ext. 3515 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 .
