Meanwhile, there will be no regular trading or settlements, including Nymex crude oil CLG20, -0.22% and Comex traded gold GCG20, +0.61%. Energy and metals products will be fully open for electronic trading at 6 p.m. Eastern time Monday for a Tuesday trade date. The King holiday comes as the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA, +0.05%, the S&P 500 SPX, +0.23%, and the Nasdaq Composite COMP, +0.12% indexes have been carving out records on a near-daily basis in 2020. The Dow and S&P 500 are up a brisk 2.8% in the first three weeks of the year and the Nasdaq has gained more than 4%.
