Their neighbor, William"Roddie" Bryan, who recorded the incident on a cellphone, was found guilty on six charges, including three of the felony murder counts. The state will be asking for life without parole plus 35 years for Travis and Gregory McMichael, and life without parole plus 15 years for Bryan, Dunikoski said. The paperwork has already been filed, she added.
