New StarWars art shows what TheMandalorian season 3 could look like if Baby Yoda stayed with Luke Skywalker instead of going with Din Djarin.
A fan artist has created an interpretation of what The Mandalorian season 3 might look like if Grogu had stayed with Luke Skywalker. Grogu, who is popularly known as Baby Yoda, was introduced at the very end of the first episode of Disney+'s Star Wars spinoff series.
One of the biggest surprises of Disney+'s newest series The Book of Boba Fett, which follows the iconic Empire Strikes Back bounty hunter, was the return of the Mandalorian. He is depicted visiting the planet where Grogu is being trained to bring him a gift of armor, though he is prevented from reuniting with his ward in person.
Whatever path he chooses going forward, Grogu is an inescapable part of the fabric that makes up The Mandalorian. He may not be the title character, but it is difficult to imagine what the show could be like without him. Now that he has received at least some Jedi training, he will at least have a higher skill set in aiding the Mandalorian along his next journey, whatever scrapes they get into along the way.
