Setting out its Black Friday plans early, Makro, Game, Builders, and Jumbo Cash & Carry have detailed which days their sales will go live.
Game, Makro, and Builders deals will be available both online and in-store, while Jumbo Cash & Carry deals will be in-store only. , is no longer just one day of massive savings and deals as local retailers have looked to capitalise on the event by running promotions for the entire month.
To that end Makro, Game, Builders, and Jumbo Cash & Carry have shared their plans, with the retail group featuring sales and promotions at varying times between 29th October and 1st December. As for Game it, “plans to offer exceptional value on essential groceries and selected homeware and electronics items. Customers can look forward to savings such as over 40% off on entry-level laptops, up to R2 000 off entry-level smartphones, up to 60% off selected sporting items, and up to 50% off cookware and luggage,” according to a release shared with Hypertext.
And as for Cash & Carry, “customers will benefit from discounts on products such as snacks, sweets, toiletries, basic groceries and liquor,” Massmart confirmed.
