eNCA has seen a report from the municipality’s Parks and Recreation Unit, which had been submitted to the Community Service Committee about Zuma’s recording deal.However, the eThekwini Mayor is adamant the matter has not yet reached the council’s highest decision-making structures.“There’s no records of that in my Executive Committee where I’m chairing that meeting and also in my Council meeting.

It’s not clear how many other artists are to be featured on Zuma’s supposed album or how much they’ll be paid.
