Sundowns have been knocked out in the quarterfinals of the tournament for the past three season, and Mokwena has explained what his side's objectives are this season, after they qualified for the group phase once again.
"What it entails in terms of travelling, do you want to play the first-leg, second-leg so you try to map a journey forward." Even former Al Ahly coach Pitso Mosimane pointed out in his last season at the club that they won the CAF Champions League title twice after finishing second in their group.
