The highly-rated defender re-joined his boyhood club Chiefs ahead of the start of the 2022/23 season from Stellenbosch and a lot has been expected from him.
“Stats are stats. But sometimes being underrated is one of the best things because people don’t know what to expect from you on the pitch,” Kwinika told the media at FNB Stadium.“But I think you cannot write off stats as well because they do play a role. I am one person who analysis his game. The star defender was a pillar of strength for Stellies at central defence in two seasons as he played 57 matches, winning two major accolades at the club in the last campaign: the Player of the Season and Players’ Player of the Season.
