I understand that Scotus borrowed Doc Browns infamous DeLorean from the set of “Back to the Future” to determine what century they are comfortable, then drag the rest of us back with them. Obviously, they are not equipped to objectively function as the interpreter of the Constitution or ensure the American people equal justice under the law in a multifaceted society.

Indeed, they have morphed into self-appointed American oligarchs. Recently, Scotus reduced women to chattel. Additionally, people of color, LGBTQ’s and other marginalized groups were put on notice to relearn their previous place in society or face a cease-and-desist order.
