If you normally have one or two days in your cycle feeling a bit fatigued, but now it’s more like two weeks, that’s a change. The more in tune you are with your cycle, the more aware you’ll be when things start to change.
Plenty of apps offer cycle tracking, but simply making notes in the calendar on your phone or in a diary can work just as well, she adds. And the earlier you begin tracking, the better sense you’ll have of your “normal”.is common among millennials, and now even among Gen Z TikTokers, who candidly share their egg-freezing journeys online.
