WETHERSPOONS is making a major change at all of its 800 pubs for the King's coronation - and punters will love it.

will keep its venues open for an hour longer on Sunday, May 7 to mark the occasion, The Sun can reveal.Suella Braverman extended licensing hours from the normal 11pm to 1am to allow people to “enjoy an extra pint or two”. Wetherspoon confirmed that all of its 844 pubs will remain open an hour after their usual closing time - but the exact time they will shut will vary from venue to venue.

Venues that are usually open until 10pm will remain open until 11pm, while some will continue to serve right up until midnight or 1am., you may want to check what your local is doing by visiting the Wetherspoon website.
