The Western Cape Health Department is reviewing reports forming part of an investigation, following the death of Joshua van Reenen, who was allegedly refused entry to the Hanover Park Day Hospital in January.
The 19-year-old is believed to have been shot around 17:00 in Moray Court on the day in question and managed to run to the hospital.
