Game 1 will be played at Ottawa Stadium on Friday before the series shifts to Quebec City for Game 2 and, if necessary, Game 3. With the pressure on in the all-or-nothing contest on the road Wednesday, Titans pitcher Zac Westcott delivered, giving up only two runs in 7 2/3 innings before relievers Kyle Serrano and Kevin Escorcia wrapped up the victory.Advertisement 3They built a 3-0 lead after two innings — left-fielder Rodrigo Orozco hit a first-inning home run — and padded the advantage to 6-0 with three more runs in the fourth inning.
Orozco carried the hot bat, with two hits, three RBI and two runs scored, while third baseman A.J. Wright chipped in with a pair of hits and two RBI. Second baseman Jackie Urbaez walked three times and scored two runs. Westcott, who posted an 11-3 record during the regular season, limited the Boulders to three hits through the opening seven innings. After Boulders third baseman Ray Hernandez provided the home team with some life with a two-run home run in the eighth inning, Titans manager Bobby Brown went to Serrano and Escorcia to close out the victory.
