York-based WellSpan Health said Tuesday it will build three “neighborhood hospitals” in Cumberland and York counties. The hospitals will be smaller than traditional hospitals, although each will be open at all hours with an emergency department and up to ten beds for patients who need hospital care. A WellSpan spokesman on Tuesday morning said there’s “nothing more we can share” on the locations of the hospitals.
