Wednesday morning in the murder trial of George Wagner IV continued on the same topic as when Tuesday's testimony: the crime scene at 4199 Union Hill Road.
Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation Special Agent Todd Fortner, who was the lead investigator at what he referred to as"Scene 2" was recalled to the stand to detail the interior of the residence, particularly the bedroom where Gilley and Rhoden were found.As was previously reported, Rhoden and Gilley's infant child was found covered in blood between them, unharmed.
Frankie Rhoden was discovered shot to death, laying on his back. Hannah Gilley was on her right side.
