We got a look inside the historic Presidio building that aims to be a meeting ground of Web3 evangelists.
Web3 startup Edge & Node is opening an experimental collaboration space in the heart of the Presidio on Thursday, aiming to attract developers to the city to build the new version of the internet.
Edge & Node does not have plans for paid memberships or any set revenue model and did not set up the space with the intention of making a profit, according to the company's marketing lead Noelle Becker Moreno. Instead, it will serve as a place for developers to meet and collaborate on projects, while driving the local Web3 scene through speaking events and other programs.
Those interested can apply to join the space by proving their Web3 bona fides. The space plans to accept those with track records working on Web3 projects and developing apps.
