The snow, which is expected to fall from Sunday into Monday, is expected to result in dangerous driving conditions, potential road and pass closures, hypothermia, particularly among initiates, loss of vulnerable livestock and disruption to services, Saws said on Twitter. The cold front will result in very cold conditions and a chance of snow in high-lying areas, with up to 20cm expected, it added.If proper care is not taken, lives could be threatened, as access to some areas could be cut off due to accumulation of snow, it said.
