Mine de Klerk, the wife of Springboks scrumhalf, Faf de Klerk penned a short and sweet message to him on his first Father’s Day on Sunday 16 June.Faf de Klerk, just like Springboks Handre Pollard and Eben Etzebeth, celebrated his first Father’s Day on Sunday 16 June. Faf and his wife, Mine de Klerk welcomed their baby girl, Remi-Ré on 27 February at at Rosepark Hospital in Bloemfontein, South Africa.
Mine took to Instagram to share a rare photo of Remi-Ré along with a short and sweet Father’s Day tribute to Faf. Take a look…“Jy is ons huis, ons rots 🤍. Gelukkige vadersdag my liefste man, how lucky are we,” she wrote, which translates to “you are our home, our rock. Happiest Father’s Day my dearest husband. How lucky are we,” in English.Eben Etzebeth’s wife, Anlia Etzebeth also penned a sweet Father’s Day tribute to him.
“Happy 1st Father’s Day!! You are the very best Daddy our little girl could ask for! Thank you for everything you do for our family.. Embarking on this chapter of parenthood with you is the most exciting, most fun thing ever! We love you and cherish you! Happy Father’s Day to all the daddios!!!” she wrote.Layla Kolbe, who is married to Springbok star Cheslin Kolbe also penned a short and sweet Father’s Day tribute. Cheslin and Layla have three kids together – Kylah , Mila Sky , and Cayden .
