Western Cape Premier Alan Winde says they'll arrest Russian president Vladimir Putin if he enters the province.
Government is considering its legal options when it comes to the International Criminal Court. Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, says discussions are underway in different spheres of government. President Cyril Ramaphosa had said South Africa would be exiting the court. But the Presidency confirms the country is still a member of the ICC. #dstv403
CAPE TOWN - Western Cape premier Alan Winde says President Vladimir Putin will be arrested if he enters the province.Winde says the province's LEAP officers will be instructed to make the arrest.Winde criticised government for pushing ahead with the meeting despite the arrest warrant.READ:But, the Presidency then issued a statement saying it was made in error.
