Western Cape Premier Alan Winde says they'll arrest Russian president Vladimir Putin if he enters the province.

Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, says discussions are underway in different spheres of government. President Cyril Ramaphosa had said South Africa would be exiting the court.
