Yesterday , in Isleworth Crown Court, he pleaded not guilty to both offences and a trial has been listed for October 16 next year, with a time estimate of four to five days.
The case was initially sent to Isleworth Crown Court on October 28 after Kosefobamu appeared in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on September 30. According to the Metropolitan Police, there was then a delay in proceedings due to the defendant changing his legal team and the plea and trial preparation hearing was moved to November 16.
