A tweet from the New York City Transit Authority said delays were affecting service on several bus lines due to flooding around Bainbridge Ave and 206th Street. Bx10, Bx16, Bx28, Bx34, Bx38, and BxM4 buses are delayed because of a water main break at Bainbridge Ave/206th St.According to a tweet from Norwood News, a local outlet in the Bronx, water was entering the subway but had not yet affected service as of 8 a.m.
DEP officials are currently mitigating a major water mains break which took place before 5.30 a.m. at Bainbridge Avenue and E. 206th Street. Water is entering the subway but is reportedly not yet disrupting the subway service. Photo by David Greene
