A water main break is impacting the morning commute on Cleveland's east side.
CLEVELAND, Ohio - A water main break on E. 116th Street and Harvard Avenue is impacting the morning commute for drivers headed through Cleveland’s Union-Miles Park neighborhood.
It’s unclear when crews will be able to shutoff the water and start making repairs.There’s a number of businesses in this area as well as a school, Harvard Avenue Performance Academy.
