Recently, the Ombudsman for Short-term Insurance indicated that it's seen a rise in complaints over rejected claims related to power cuts.
The Association’s General Manager for Insurance Risks, Pam Ramagaga says that insurers are now being forced to assess the risks associated with power cuts and adjust their policies accordingly.
