And it's a healthy body that works every day, and I try hard not to judge it." And although this may seem easier said than done, Michelle explained that she came to this realization when she accepted that her body is different and spent time getting to know her body.
As we go through life, our bodies change as a result of puberty, having children, naturally aging, and other factors out of our control. It's easy to forget that change is normal, but Michelle reminded us that"We're not machines. What this body is at 56 — I can't do the same thing that I did when I was 36. It's not the same body.
