A viral video of two young women from Ga-Mashashane in Limpopo allegedly beating their mother for her grant money has led to the arrest of one of the daughters.
Polokwane provincial police commissioner Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe strongly condemned the acts depicted in the video. Despite the incident occurring in October 2022, it’s due to the video recently going viral that one woman has been arrested, and the other is being sought by police.
