JOHANNESBURG - The Freedom Front Plus submitted court documents at the Electoral Court in Bloemfontein. Its argued the IEC's approval of the Black First Land First as a registered political party was irregular, illegal and invalid.Since the BLF does not allow non-black members, they are in contravention of the Constitution.Black First Land First's National Convener Andile Mngxitama said the FF+ is not following the letter of the law as they did not object to the party's registration within thirty days of its creation."I do not answer to land thieves.
