Cosatu remains mum on how it’ll challenge a court action by its affiliate Sadtu.
The teachers union is challenging the process which led the union federation to consider supporting the SACP’s intention to contest the ANC in next year’s elections.
The SACP reiterated, at a Gauteng May Day rally on Monday, that it will challenge for state power, should the ANC-led alliance not be reconfigured.
