“In middle school, the Spanish club had an annual taco-eating contest in which all the tacos were provided by Taco Bell. In retrospect, I realize this is extremely problematic. But at the time, I was just really freaking amped to crush some tacos. Everyone had about a minute to eat as many as they could, Joey Chestnut-style.
