Dmitry Utkin, the founder of the private militia, is believed to have been a passenger on the jet which crashed northwest of Moscow.

Rossaviacia, the Russian aviation agency, has now released the names of all seven passengers on board the jet – which appears to confirm both Prigozhin and Utkin have died. A Wagner-linked Telegram channel has urged caution after reports that Prigozhin and Utkin were killed.
