On Aug. 30 Beyonce will take the stage at Levi’s Stadium for her Renaissance World Tour.

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is ready to get in formation with more trains running ahead of Beyonce’s visit to Levi’s Stadium this week.

VTA will add 30 percent more capacity for light rail service to and from Wednesday’s Renaissance World Tour stop, which marks Beyonce’s fifth visit to Santa Clara. The additional light rail service to the stadium starts at 4:30 p.m. and transportation officials said extra bus service will be “on standby” if needed. VTA will run light rail trains until all passengers have departed from the Great America light rail station.

VTA said in a press release last week that they are in communication with both BART and Caltrain staff to “ensure riders are not left stranded” after throngs of concertgoers leaving Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour last monthLast month, 23,400 fans took light rail to and from Levi’s Stadium for the first night of Swift’s two-sold out shows, breaking the transit agencies previous record of 15,000 passengers set during the 2015 NHL Winter Classic. The last train departed around 1:30 a.m.

VTA said that passengers connecting to BART should take the VTA Orange Line to the Milpitas Transit Center no later than 11:15 p.m. in order to make BART’s last train at 11:51 p.m. At 12:30 a.m., BART is expected to run two limited stop trains from Milpitas to the Bay Fair, MacArthur, Pleasant Hill and El Cerrito del Norte stations.
