The Kremlin leader is expected to detail future plans for his ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine
Addressing both houses of parliament on Tuesday morning, Mr Putin began to lay out his plans for his “special military operation” in Ukraine. It comes a day after US President Joe Biden made a surprise visit to Kyiv on Monday, committing a further $500m worth of military aid as he reaffirmed Washington’s “unwavering” support for Ukraine’s democracy.
