Viral star Jackie Weaver had the authority to deliver an entertaining and thought-provoking keynote speech as she visited a Shropshire charity.

She urged people to find out more about the ‘Make a Change’ campaign, which encourages people who are interested in making a positive impact on their community to become a councillor.
