Viewers of a horror film now available of Amazon Prime has left viewers shocked, with some saying watching it was "scarring". Bone Tomahawk is about a small-town sheriff who leads a posse into a desolate region to rescue three people who were abducted by a cannibalistic tribe. A Western horror film released in 2015, it is receiving a new wave of interest thanks to it being available on Amazon.
The film blends elements of the Western genre with horror, and the film has received recognition for its unique and intense blend of genres. Taking to Twitter, now X, GunhaonKaDevta shared: "Bone Tomahawk is purposefully paced, richly scripted. The film is slow burn that explodes in the third act. The eclectic cast is also worthy.
Lautaro Ramirez Álvarez added: "I was able to see Bone Tomahawk from 2015. Most of the movie is just another western, but the ending will leave your jaw on the floor. Very strong gore scenes. It's worth it. Excellent performance by Kurt Russell as Sheriff. 8/10."
