Ledgewood Powersports owner Noelle Schmidt noted that thieves are 0 for 3 in their attempts to plunder her business.The bozo burglars were caught on backlot surveillance attempting to scale a fence.Nine bozos were collared Sept. 8 trying to steal nearly a half-million-dollars in merchandise.
