Rochester, N.Y. — The Veterans Outreach Center hosted its annual Stars and Stripes Gala at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center marking 50 years of the VOC.“The VOC for me, I call it a light, a beacon in the darkness when you're lost and you don't know where to go, how to find the path to success in life and transitioning into civilian life,” said Matt Martin, president, Tactical Construction.
The evening included dinner, dancing, and an online silent auction. Proceeds go towards providing services for veterans.
