Environment Canada says the region can also expect increasing cloudiness this afternoon, and it will likely be windy near the water. Overnight the wind should pick up, gusting up to 50 km/h near the water, and 20 km/h inland. Then it looks like the wind will continue on Friday morning, with a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 14 C.
