Visintin said investigators have spent weeks reviewing dozens of videos posted online and submitted tips. On Nov. 1, policeShe said in the last three weeks, police have positively identified almost all of those suspects, adding some of them turned themselves in after seeing their pictures online. Laura Ballance, a spokesperson for the PNE, said in a statement Wednesday that they appreciate the police investigation and will continue to do whatever they can to help.
