We are in the final act of Valorant Episode 8. This episode has largely been fantastic thanks to the addition of Clove in Act 2, but there is more set to arrive before the launch of Episode 9. Before the next chapter of the game begins, Riot has released a brand new update, and the Valorant update 8.10 patch notes include a couple of agent fixes along with changes to basic training.
The Basic Training Event will appear similar to other Events, allowing you to view your progress, understand your goals at each milestone, and complete them to earn rewards to jumpstart your VALORANT experience. If you have previously completed the Welcome Contract, you will not see the Basic Training Event .
