US vs Iran: UN, NATO react to attacks on US bases, issue warning
The United Nations mission in Iraq has reacted to the missile attacks on the country’s capital, targeted at US troops on Wednesday.
UN said Iraq should not be made to “pay the price” in the escalating conflict between Tehran and Washington, according Al Jazeera.“We call for urgent restraint and a resumption of dialogue. Iraq should not pay the price for external rivalries,” the statement added.“Allies continue to consult & remain committed to our training mission in Iraq,” NATO chief,chief Jens Stoltenberg
