Police in Edinburgh are appealing for information after a 49-year-old woman was reported missing in the capital.
Details of when and where she was last seen were not immediately available. However, officers have issued a picture of the missing woman as well as a description. A Police Scotland statement read: "We are appealing for the public’s help as part of our efforts to trace a female reported missing in Edinburgh. There are growing concerns for the 49 year-old, who lives in the Leith area of Edinburgh.
